The position requires delivering robust structural solutions, addressing hydrodynamic loads, complying with standards, and coordinating with naval architects and installation teams in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ANSYS and structural analysis.
• Experience with offshore engineering principles and hydrodynamic loads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of offshore design codes: DNV, ABS, API, AISC, Eurocode.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed structural analyses for FPSO hulls and turret mooring systems using ANSYS.
• Create 3D finite element models and evaluate dynamic wind, wave, and current loads.
• Ensure designs comply with offshore codes and prepare calculations and client reports.
• Collaborate with naval architects, mechanical engineers and installation leads, and participate in client meetings.
