The practice, established over 10 years and award-winning, maintains a small, niche focus and plans to grow. It offers flexible working hours, social activities, and ongoing development.

Your responsibilities include hands-on design, client communication, project management, mentoring staff, and business development. Projects typically range from £2-3m, with some up to £20-30m, involving diverse schemes such as basements, loft conversions, community buildings, art installations, and more.

Ideal candidates are MICE or MIStructE qualified (or near), experienced across main materials, and capable of managing multiple projects and client relationships effectively.

The office is a 10-minute walk from Twickenham station.
