Job Responsibilities

• Support the development of the UK Healthcare Team and manage projects within the healthcare sector.
• Lead design work from concept to detailed design, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.
• Act as project manager, coordinating resources and deadlines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including MEP, civils, and geo-tech engineers.
• Represent Ramboll at project meetings, liaise with clients and stakeholders.
• Implement sustainable and innovative design practices.
• Visit sites to review designs and progress.
• Participate in technical groups and team initiatives for continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with UK healthcare projects, such as hospital construction.
• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline; Chartered status or equivalent.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Knowledge of digital and parametric design, structural assessment, retrofit, and construction supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams.
