One of the most highly rated engineering consultancies in London is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. Working within a supportive and welcoming environment, the role involves producing efficient, high-quality technical designs for both new build and refurbishment projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, diligent, and eager to take on responsibilities.

The Ideal Candidate :

1. Has 5 to 8 years of relevant structural engineering experience
2. Is a confident communicator, able to explain engineering concepts clearly and simply
3. Is passionate about continuous learning and technical excellence
4. Has a strong interest in architecture and the relationship between structural engineering and architectural design
5. Is committed to sustainability and reducing embodied carbon through design
6. Enjoys engineering and mentoring younger engineers to pass on knowledge
7. Is near chartered or is a chartered member of the IStructE, ICE, or other relevant institution
8. Has the ability to design and deliver structural solutions for complex projects
9. Possesses excellent project management skills, capable of managing time, resources, costs, and communication effectively within and outside the practice
