This role reports to the Deputy Chief Designer & Structure and is based in Maranello, Italy. It involves structural design and analysis of F1 chassis components.
Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or related Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred. At least 5 years of engineering experience, including 3 in motorsports.
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure setting, with potential travel and long hours. Mainly office-based, with some testing supervision. Physical demands include lifting, bending, and manual dexterity. Work involves machinery, race cars, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with safety policies is required.
