Qualifications

• Experience working within an acute NHS healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting patients with complex medical conditions.
• Knowledge of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions for stroke patients under guidance.
• Assist with discharge planning and home assessments.
• Support patients with communication, cognitive, and physical impairments.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong IT and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and prioritise workload

Education

NVQ Level 4 in a care-related subject or equivalent

Foundation Degree or equivalent health-related qualification
