Job Responsibilities

1. 15+ years experience in the analysis of aerostructures design, development, and projects with hands-on metallic and composite structures analysis using FEA and classical hand analysis methods.
2. Current or past Approver or checker delegation is an advantage.
3. Good knowledge of aerospace materials, standards & specifications.
4. Support engineering activities for PDR of Wing / Empennage and boom aero structures, requiring both metallic and composite capabilities, including analysis checks.
5. Expertise in Hypersizer and HyperX is mandatory for composites design & optimization.
6. Review and finalize concept designs, implement detailed design & development, support PDR activities, qualification, and production of composite and metallic components and assemblies.
7. Manage work packages and ensure delivery plans meet customer requirements.
8. Define integrated design solutions for new and modified components (composites and metallic).
9. Optimize design solutions balancing cost, quality, manufacturability, serviceability, and performance.
10. Coordinate with multifunctional teams for drawings and engineering data for manufacturing and data submittal.
11. Communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
12. Provide modelling, simulation, and prototyping services.
