We work with employers, Government, and partners to ensure social care has the right people, skills, and support required to deliver the highest quality care and support, now and in the future.About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategy Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile projects that will shape the future of the adult social care workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in implementing the national workforce strategy and delivering real impact across the sector.We’re seeking someone who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on project delivery. You’ll take complex priorities and turn them into clear, actionable plans – scoping work, managing delivery, and driving progress from start to finish. You’ll bring rigour, pace and structure to strategic initiatives, ensuring they stay focused, aligned, and outcome-driven.You’ll have plenty of opportunities to work directly with the sector through collaboration with partners, engaging with stakeholders, and helping to shape the systems and solutions that support the workforce.
