Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust seeks a Healthcare Planning Manager to lead strategic planning across multiple Clinical Service Units. You will drive service transformation, estates development and organisational change, aligning projects with Trust priorities and future clinical needs.

You will influence senior leaders, manage complex programmes and collaborate with corporate functions to deliver sustainable improvements in patient care and staff experience across Leeds and the wider health

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare planning within NHS or similar complex health systems.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record in service transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver long-term strategic plans for Clinical Service Units (CSUs).
• Lead healthcare planning programmes, business cases and funding opportunities.
• Coordinate collaboration across corporate functions to support service redesign.
• Monitor progress to time and cost, ensuring delivery of strategic objectives.
