Job Description

Overview: We seek a Senior Manager for the Issuing Solutions team in Value Added Services (VAS), focusing on Everyday Banking and Lending solutions. The role involves envisioning product evolution, driving growth, and supporting revenue ambitions across European markets.

Responsibilities include:

• Being the subject matter expert for VAS Issuing solutions related to Everyday Banking and Lending, including non-card payments and frictionless onboarding.
• Innovating in E2E Lending journeys to enhance underwriting and credit risk assessment.
• Conducting competitive analysis, market studies, and developing new features and value propositions.
• Collaborating with sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure solutions are market-ready and compliant.
• Managing product lifecycle and influencing product roadmaps for innovation and competitiveness.
• Providing updates, training, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Adapting strategies based on evolving market and client needs.

This is a hybrid role with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in payments product management or related technology roles.
• Experience engaging with clients, FinTechs, and third-party providers.
• Strong understanding of Open Banking, banking products, and E2E payment and lending journeys.
• Knowledge of credit, lending, and digital issuing capabilities.
• Industry familiarity with FinTechs and solution providers.
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability skills.
