Job summary

Strategy&, part of PwC, is seeking a Senior Manager in the Financial Services team in London to solve complex strategic challenges for investors and boards. You will frame ambiguous problems, drive quantitative and qualitative analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for executives across buy-side, sell-side and vendor transactions.

You will lead engagements focused on transaction-related work, including commercial due diligence, market assessments and synergy studies,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategy consulting, commercial due diligence or M&A roles across banking, insurance, wealth or asset management.
• Strong investment decision support, transaction process experience and value creation.
• Deep understanding of market trends and sector evolution for investors and incumbents.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial due diligence engagements for private equity, portfolio companies and corporate clients.
• Drive growth and value creation through market expansion, pricing and GTM improvements in financial services.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and support business development.
• Lead and develop high performing Strategy& and PwC teams, mentoring juniors and ensuring delivery excellence.
