Job summary

PwC UK’s Strategy& practice seeks a Strategy Consultant/Senior Manager to tackle challenging strategic problems for leading clients. You will engage in corporate strategy, growth initiatives, pricing, and pre-/post-deal value creation, working with private equity and professional services clients.

The role offers a fast-paced environment, mentorship, and opportunities for rapid professional growth in a global team with diverse client engagements across deal cycles.

Qualifications

• Significant experience from either a strategy consulting firm or strategy position in industry.
• Managerial experience of strategic commercial consulting or business development from within a large corporate Consumer business or Private Equity context.
• Structured problem solving with strong analytical skills; ability to coach junior team members.
• Experience running projects day-to-day, structuring work streams and supervising delivery.
• Ability to multitask between project delivery and business development support.
• Planning hypotheses and analysis based on sector knowledge and scope of work.
• Senior Manager level experience delivering client projects and driving BD.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading corporate clients and investors on strategic and commercial due diligence, growth strategy and transaction-related work.
• Engagements include corporate strategy and deal-related work across pre- and post-deal value creation.
• Support the Deal cycle from pre-deal to post-deal value creation within a market-leading Strategy team.
