Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Due Diligence to lead the engagement scope, manage complex deals, and deliver high-quality insights for senior clients. You will guide teams, interact with senior management, and shape strategies across corporate and PE transactions.

You will rely on ACA credentials or equivalent, bring strong DDL experience, and influence deal outcomes while growing the practice through people development and network expansion.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification or international equivalent.
• Strong financial due diligence experience.
• Excellent analytical capability with ability to interpret financial information.

Responsibilities

• Shaping engagement scope and leading the due diligence workstream.
• Liaising with other diligence workstreams and advisors on engagements.
• Delivering clear, commercially focused insights for value creation.
• Overseeing high-quality diligence reports including historical/forecast performance and cash flows.
