Global Payments Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to own and advance our merchant propositions and corporate strategy in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will translate complex strategic ideas into measurable outcomes and lead cross‑functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

You’ll shape M&A opportunities, assess market trends, and develop executive‑level materials for the Board, while collaborating with product, technology, finance, and sales to drive growth and value creation.

Formación

• 4–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or strategy roles in finance.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven record of leading strategic initiatives delivering measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for C-suite and Boards.
• Interest in payments/fintech and identifying growth opportunities.

• Develop and deliver compelling recommendations and executive‑level materials that influence decision‑making and guide strategic priorities with senior leaders and the Board.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholder relationships across business units, product, technology, finance, sales, and external partners to drive alignment, accelerate execution, and remove barriers to delivery.
• Champion innovation by leading the evaluation of new products, partnerships, and business models, helping shape the future of payments and commerce.

What you’ll bring

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy focused role within a financial institution
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C‑suite leaders and Boards of Directors.
• Deep interest in payments, financial technology, software, commerce, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• A highly proactive, ownership‑oriented leadership style, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
