Job summary

A.T.M Strategic Management Consulting is seeking exceptional Senior Management Consultants to drive growth in Leadership & People Development, Strategy, and Infrastructure. You will work under the guidance of a Chief or Principal Consultant on hands-on engagements for major clients.

You must have 10+ years of strategic consulting experience, board-level stakeholder relationships, and proven mentoring abilities, with a degree from a prominent university.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams.
Experience leading 4+ strategic engagements with FT100/S&P500 clients with revenue > £10M.
Ability to mentor and develop other consultants and analysts.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
Degree-qualified from a prominent university or business school.

Responsibilities

Drive and manage growth of the management consulting practice.
Lead hands-on end-client consulting engagements.
Develop strategic vision, products and services and thought leadership.
Build and maintain long-term board-level stakeholder relationships.
Mentor and coach consulting staff and business analysts.
