Role Purpose: Deliver growth through managing a diverse range of research projects across a wide network of stakeholders; lead complex and analytically advanced projects and champion consumer centricity.

Key Activities:

1. Play an active role in creating strategic frameworks to unlock growth opportunities across the category and champion/embed these across the business.
2. Define and lead ad hoc brand-led primary research plans across positioning, innovation, and communications, and co-build strategies with relevant brand teams.
3. Lead market, consumer, shopper, category, and channel ad hoc primary research projects.
4. Utilize multiple data sources and tools to identify human and societal tensions that form the basis of brand manifesto models. Promote consumer centricity through initiation and management of consumer closeness programs.
5. Create and deliver impactful, engaging, growth-oriented category deep-dive presentations to senior stakeholders, leveraging data, insights, and advanced analytics.
6. Enhance value from research partners through effective management and governance, and explore new agencies and approaches.
7. Build strong, credible relationships with global S&I stakeholders, collaborating to ensure research aligns with UKI needs and helps build the UKI reputation as a global center of excellence.
8. Role model people development and coaching of junior team members and contribute to wider S&I collaborations beyond the immediate function.

About You: We seek candidates demonstrating key skills such as strategic and operational planning, leadership and development, risk management and adaptability, relationship building, and data mastery and innovation.

Salary: £65k - £75k per annum.
