Our projects are cross-functional, involving colleagues from blockchain engineering, mobile development, design, cybersecurity, customer acquisition, fraud management, banking, and finance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic direction of core products such as Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay.
• Assist the Strategy team with key initiatives to drive success.
• Develop expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, and Crypto Payments.
• Optimize pricing strategies using data-driven insights.
• Conduct market research and develop strategic memos.
• Manage cross-functional projects from planning to reporting.
• Design and draft requirements for new products or features.
• Analyze product KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate and pursue strategic partnerships and investments.
• Project business results and participate in strategic discussions with management.

Overall responsibilities include designing and driving features, aligning business priorities, and generating industry insights.

What We Look For

• 1-3 years of experience in fields requiring problem-solving skills, such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or equity research.
• Structured thinking, quick learning, and proactive problem solving.
• Strong modeling skills, curiosity, and passion for learning (plus points).
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (plus points).
• Extracurricular activities or hobbies are a plus.

Communication Skills

• Excellent command of English.
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and in presentations.
