What to Expect

• Work on high-impact and diverse projects: You will have the opportunity to advise management on emerging industry trends and key business decisions, optimize processes, and lead key initiatives. Your work will significantly contribute to our business growth and sustainability across various topics.
• Own your initiative from end to end: Experience the full product cycle from conception to launch and KPI monitoring. You will see the results of your recommendations with live data reporting and have ownership of initiatives you help design and improve.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategic direction of core products like our Main App Trading, Loyalty Programs, VISA Card, and Pay.
• Strategic Visionary: Assist in conceptualizing, executing, and monitoring strategic initiatives for commercial success.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Develop expertise in Crypto CEX trading, Loyalty Program Design, and Crypto Payments.
• Pricing Strategy Optimization: Develop pricing strategies using Excel modeling and data insights.
• Market Research & Analysis: Create research memos to advise on market strategies.
• Project Coordination & Management: Manage cross-functional projects from planning to reporting.
• Product Development: Draft requirements for new products or features.
• Performance Evaluation & Optimization: Analyze KPIs and recommend improvements.
• Strategic Partnerships & Investments: Evaluate and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Business Projection & Analysis: Project results and advise management on strategic pivots.

Overall, your responsibilities include designing and driving new features, aligning business priorities, and generating market insights.

What We Look For

• 1-3 years of experience in roles requiring strong problem-solving skills, such as management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or equity research.
• Structured thinking, analytical skills, and quick learning ability.
• Proactive in identifying challenges and opportunities.
• Plus: proficiency in SQL and Tableau, and extracurricular activities.
• Excellent command of English, clear and confident communication.
• Ownership, agility, teamwork, attention to detail, and experience working with diverse teams.
