Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to win, grow, and retain partnerships with nationals and networks. Act as the primary relationship lead for key accounts, ensuring strong alignment and mutual value creation. Identify and convert new commercial opportunities, leveraging your existing network and industry insight. Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms, ensuring compliance and commercial viability. Collaborate with internal teams (investment, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional partner experiences. Monitor performance against agreed objectives, using data-driven insight to optimise strategies. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to raise profile and strengthen relationships.

About You:

  • Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or sales within financial services – ideally investment management or a related sector. Strong network of contacts across nationals, networks, and large adviser firms. Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to close high-value agreements. Confident and credible when engaging with senior stakeholders at C-suite and board level. Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
