NCC Group is seeking a Strategic Advisory Director in Manchester to originate and shape high-value cyber opportunities. You will partner with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional NCC teams to convert complex cyber capability into compelling, strategic propositions that drive growth.

The role requires senior-level cyber advisory experience, strong regulatory knowledge and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary pursuits with executives and boards.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior experience in cybersecurity or cyber advisory.
• Proven track record of originating, shaping or closing strategic opportunities.
• Strong understanding of regulatory expectations and governance.
• Ability to translate complex technical capability into clear commercial outcomes.
• Well-connected with senior client networks and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Originate, shape and execute large, strategic cyber opportunities that support NCC Group’s growth.
• Build trusted senior relationships with client stakeholders at CISO, CIO, CTO, and board level.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams across NCC Group and partners to shape robust client solutions.
• Apply disciplined opportunity qualification and governance to prioritise high-fit deals.
• Advise clients on technical assurance, governance, regulatory readiness, identity, cloud and third-party risk.
• Support strategic growth through multi-capability propositions and executive engagement.
