Behavox is seeking an account-focused professional to manage the full commercial relationship with large regulated financial clients. You will drive renewals, retention and expansion while handling escalations and delivering executive reviews.
The role combines account strategy with daily operational follow-through, requiring clear communication and deep knowledge of compliance technology such as surveillance, archiving and policy management.
This role owns the full commercial relationship with large regulated financial clients, covering renewals, retention, expansion, escalations and executive reviews. A strong candidate brings hands on knowledge of compliance technology such as communications and trade surveillance, archiving and policy management, plus a record of running enterprise SaaS renewals and forecasting churn. The person must move between account strategy and daily operational follow through with little supervision.
The platform uses language models to surface market abuse and conduct issues, so the account manager sells and supports a product whose core value rests on detection quality. AI shifts the work toward explaining what the system flags, how controls mature and where human judgement on regulatory risk still decides. Relationship trust and clear communication during delivery problems remain firmly human.
Working here builds familiarity with how neural language models are applied to surveillance and archiving inside banks and funds, and how clients judge model output against their compliance duties. A candidate can prepare by learning how communications and trade surveillance controls fit together and by practising plain explanations of detection results to compliance and technology audiences.
