What you'll do

Senior Store Assistant (Keyholder) in Sheffield Rutland Road, 30 hours per week. At Toolstation, we’re committed to developing your talents so you can grow with us and become a future leader.

You’ll be the face of Toolstation, making a great first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and exceeding customer expectations. This role involves serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Be prepared for seasonal temperature changes in the store. Your pride in your work will be appreciated by our customers.

Day-to-day

• Mucking in: Checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and preparing orders.
• Delivering great service: Providing excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude, even during busy times.
• Building relationships: Ensuring customers leave with everything they need for their jobs.
• Creating a fun environment: Maintaining high standards and a welcoming atmosphere at the branch.
