As a Senior Statistician, you will manage projects, provide high-quality statistical support to clients, and lead statisticians in the team. This may include direct line management or mentoring roles.

We seek technically skilled candidates with a passion for statistics. You will play a key role in the company both now and in the future.

You will collaborate with a global team of experts to deliver bespoke, high-quality data to clients and help bring new medicines to those in need. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical consulting across various therapeutic areas and development phases.
  • Develop statistical analysis plans and analyze clinical trial data.
  • Interpret analysis results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study objectives.
  • Contribute to study protocols, CRFs, and analysis plans.
  • Ensure quality control of statistical deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Perform simulation or modeling studies to support decision-making.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide training on statistical methods.

Requirements

  • M.S. degree in statistics or related fields.
  • Experience in statistical analysis within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical principles and clinical trial methodology.
  • Proficiency in SAS programming and statistical software such as R or Python.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
