Job description

As a Senior Statistician, you will be managing projects, providing high-quality statistical support to clients, and leading statisticians in the team. This could involve direct line management or mentoring roles.

This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide statistical consulting to clients across various therapeutic areas and development phases.
2. Develop statistical analysis plans and analyze clinical trial data.
3. Interpret analysis results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet study objectives.
4. Contribute to study protocols, CRFs, and analysis plans.
5. Ensure quality control of statistical deliverables and compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Conduct simulations or modeling studies to support decision-making.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide training on statistical methods.

Requirements include a master's degree in statistics or related fields, experience in pharmaceutical or CRO environments, strong knowledge of statistical principles and clinical trial methodology, proficiency with SAS, R, or Python, and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a global team is essential.
