You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to build statistical and ML features across Optimizely’s products and partner with academics to stay ahead of trends.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in experimentation, data science, or analytics.
• Ability to explain statistics concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of multiple hypothesis testing and sequential testing.
• Experience with AI applications.
• Experience collaborating on applied statistical research.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product managers and engineering to design new statistical features across Optimizely’s product suite.
• Validate statistical methods and ensure seamless integration into the platform.
• Analyze product data to optimize existing features and provide actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI agents to deploy new statistical capabilities.
• Develop and deliver educational content (webinars, blogs, white papers).
• Represent Optimizely at conferences and industry events.
