Job summary

ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer Consultant to join one of our client teams in the UK. This client-facing role emphasizes independence, high-trust collaboration, and quality delivery across clinical trials.

The successful candidate will lead programming activities, develop and review SAS code, and provide technical guidance. You will mentor junior and senior programmers while coordinating with statisticians and data managers within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics or related field with 5 years of clinical programming (CDISC) experience; Master’s degree with 6 years of CDISC experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical drug development.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for clinical trials.
• Develop/review SAS programs, datasets, tables, listings and figures.
• Provide technical guidance to Programmers and review outputs.
• Support SDTM/ADaM and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with statisticians, data managers and clinical teams.
• Own programming deliverables and timelines; mentor junior and senior programmers.
