Job summary

ClinChoice is a global CRO seeking a Principal Statistical Programmer Consultant to lead programming activities for clinical trials and to mentor team members. The role emphasizes independence, high-trust client engagement, and scientific rigor in SDTM/ADaM deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a CS/Statistics degree with CDISC experience, strong regulatory understanding, and excellent communication to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics required.
• Master's degree in CS/Statistics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
• Experience with regulatory submissions and GCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming activities for clinical trials.
• Develop/review SAS programs, datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Provide technical guidance to Statistical Programmers.
• Review programming specifications and outputs.
• Support SDTM/ADaM and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams.
• Own programming deliverables and timelines.
• Mentor junior and senior programmers.
