Job summary
ERM is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to join our Stakeholder Engagement team within Capital Project Delivery. The role leads the design and delivery of stakeholder engagement programmes for major infrastructure, energy, renewables, transport and development projects.

Qualifications
- Significant experience delivering stakeholder engagement programmes for infrastructure, energy or development projects.
- Strong understanding of planning, consenting and EIA processes.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder engagement workstreams on major capital projects.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies and consultation plans.
- Facilitate workshops, public events and stakeholder interviews.
- Advise clients on risks, issues and opportunities related to engagement.
- Prepare engagement plans, reports and supporting planning documents.
- Translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
- Support Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and related consent processes.
- Manage stakeholder databases and reporting requirements.
- Ensure delivery aligns with ERM quality standards.
