Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical department at a mid/large-scale venue.
• Experience in staff management, leadership, and supervision.
• Good working knowledge of technical theatre and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Casual Technicians and maintain technical equipment.
• Lead the department during fit-ups and get-outs.
• Ensure safe operations during performances and comply with health and safety procedures.
