Entrust is seeking a Staff Software Developer to provide cross-team technical leadership for the Agentic Trust solution. The role owns complex, ambiguous problem areas spanning services and build tracks, aligning with the four-plane reference architecture and long-term platform strategy.

The role remains hands-on while lifting quality and technical judgment across R&D, shaping designs, prototyping high-risk capabilities, and creating reusable patterns that accelerate delivery across multiple

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in modern programming languages, cloud-native design, API contracts, data integrity, and production operations.
• Proven ability to lead large technical initiatives across organizational boundaries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the technical direction and delivery of broad initiatives spanning multiple teams, services, or platform planes.
• Partner with the Platform Architect and Software Development leaders to evolve reference designs, interfaces, dependency contracts, and standards.
• Design and implement platform capabilities involving identity, delegated authority, policy enforcement, trustworthy execution, evidence, or assurance.
• Prototype high-risk approaches and convert findings into scalable production designs.
• Lead architecture and design reviews; surface systemic risks across security, reliability, interoperability, and scalability.
• Create reusable frameworks, libraries, and guidance to improve consistency across teams.
• Diagnose production and performance issues and lead cross-team remediation.
• Mentor Software Developers and strengthen technical decision making through coaching and forums.
• Represent R&D in strategic customer, partner, or standards discussions.
