An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Staff Nurse - Ward to work in an amazing hospital based in the Marylebone, London area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

This exceptional private hospital provides a wide range of medical procedures in modern surroundings.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the ward team and management team in terms of clinical care delivery, general supervision, and quality standards.
2. Ensure that standards of patient care are consistently maintained at all times in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures as a skilled member of the nursing team.
3. Promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all patients, employees, and visitors.
4. Hold responsibility for the ward team in the absence of the ward sister or manager and for the provision of a high-quality clinical care environment to agreed standards and objectives.
5. Keep up to date with clinical and professional developments in nursing and attend relevant study sessions in accordance with NMC guidelines.
6. Ensure that appropriate systems for the recording and distribution of information relating to patient charges are maintained.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

1. Substantial post-registration acute surgical nursing experience.
2. Excellent problem-solving ability and confident decision maker.
3. Ability to flex shifts in line with department workload essential.
4. Team leadership/management experience.
5. Previous experience within Private Healthcare.

The successful Senior Staff Nurse will receive an excellent salary of GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
