Applications are invited from nurses currently working as a Band 6 in a Neonatal Unit or suitably qualified band 5 nurses (QIS) with relevant experience on a neonatal unit.

An experienced and competent health care professional who supports the NNU Manager in the leadership and management of clinical excellence by making best use of the team, developing and implementing policyand guidelines, and by leading on improvements. The post holder will work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of neonates and their families and take an active part in line management, leadership and development of the team.
