HCA Healthcare UK is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse for the Outpatients Department at The Wilmslow Hospital in Cheshire. The role is full time (37.5 hrs/week), with a Saturday once a month, and shift options to suit preference.

You will support a range of consultant-led clinics and coordinate patient pathways in a busy outpatient setting. You will bring current NMC registration (Adult) and extensive Outpatients experience, contributing to clinical leadership, mentoring colleagues, and delivering

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Outpatients Department at The Wilmslow Hospital, an Outstanding-rated hospital delivering exceptional patient care across Cheshire. The hospital supports over 10,000 outpatient appointments each year and provides rapid access to diagnostics, specialist consultations and treatment across a wide range of specialties. As a Senior Staff Nurse in Outpatients, you’ll work alongside leading consultants and multidisciplinary teams supporting a diverse patient population across specialist services including Women's Health, Breast Care, Cardiology, Orthopaedics, Urology, ENT, Ophthalmology and Sports & Exercise Medicine. This is a varied and patient-focused role where you’ll provide high-quality clinical care, support the day-to-day operational running of clinics, coordinate patient journeys and act as a role model for junior team members. What you’ll bring:

• Current NMC registration (Adult) with substantial post-registration experience.
• Previous Outpatients experience within an acute hospital or private healthcare setting.
• Experience supporting a range of consultant-led clinics and outpatient procedures.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and a patient-centred approach to care.
• Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues, with the confidence to take clinical leadership when required.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a busy multidisciplinary environment.
