Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our Trust as a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse. Positions available on multiple wards with both full-time and part-time options.

You will lead on high-quality care, assessments and treatments within a multidisciplinary team, maintaining professional standards and fostering recovery-focused practice for patients.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in leadership roles within mental health settings.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate care.

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Trust as Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses. Opportunities are available on Osborne Ward (Adult Mental Health), Afton Ward (Older Persons Mental Health) and Seagrove Ward (PICU), with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care, assessment, treatment and support for people using our services. You will maintain professional standards, support colleagues and ensure patients receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care while promoting recovery-focused practice.
