Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our teams on Osborne Ward, Afton Ward and Seagrove Ward as Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses. We offer full-time and part-time posts, with a focus on compassionate, recovery-oriented care in inpatient settings across the Isle of Wight.

We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Trust as Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses. Opportunities are available on Osborne Ward (Adult Mental Health), Afton Ward (Older Persons Mental Health) and Seagrove Ward (PICU), with both full-time and part-time positions available. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will lead the delivery of high-quality care, assessment, treatment and support for people using our services. You will maintain professional standards, support colleagues and ensure patients receive safe, compassionate and person-centred care while promoting recovery-focused practice. Inpatient wards / units are designed to meet the holistic needs of service users/patients and carers, in a working environment conducive to staff development and wellbeing.
