Job summary

Wight Healthcare is seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our Trust as Band 6 Senior Staff Nurses across Osborne Ward (Adult Mental Health), Afton Ward (Older Persons Mental Health) and Seagrove Ward (PICU). Roles available on a full-time and part-time basis, with a strong emphasis on leadership, high-quality patient care and recovery-focused practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality care, assessment, treatment and support for patients in Adult Mental Health, Older Persons Mental Health and PICU.
• Maintain professional standards and support colleagues to ensure safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
• Promote recovery-focused practice and contribute to multidisciplinary team development.
• Support induction, training and ongoing professional development within the ward teams.
