Job summary

Reapit is seeking a Staff Full Stack (TypeScript/React) Engineer to own end-to-end delivery across the stack. You’ll work embedded in a squad, including forward-deployed work with clients, shaping requirements, prototyping in sessions and delivering production-grade software.

You’ll lead technically, mentor others, align with design systems, and champion CI/CD, accessibility, and high-quality engineering practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Senior-to-staff level Full Stack Engineer with TS/React/Node across stack.
• Authority in React and modern front-end stack with design systems.
• Strong back-end skills: REST/GraphQL, data modelling, cloud/serverless.
• Excellent client-facing communication and discovery session facilitation.
• Proven track record with multi-agent and AI-assisted delivery.
• Fluent in Git-based workflows, testing, accessibility and performance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and ship high-performance Full Stack TS apps across React and Node.
• Operate as Forward Deployed Engineer with clients to shape solutions.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end with BA input and trade-offs.
• Apply AI-assisted patterns and orchestrate sub-agents for delivery.
• Interpret design system to craft interactive UX without waiting for mockups.
• Guide architecture decisions with Principal Engineers and ensure quality.
