Job summary

On is seeking a Senior Lead - Staff Software Engineer to architect and scale our core retail technology infrastructure, spanning POS, ERP integrations, replenishment, and omnichannel capabilities. You will bridge retail strategy and technology, designing resilient event-driven architectures and overseeing global integrations across online and offline channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and operating POS and ERP integrations.
• Hands-on backend engineering with Node.js/TypeScript and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with multi-geography retail environments and cloud microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and scaling of backend systems and integration pipelines.
• Build cloud-native, event-driven architectures with real-time and batch data sync.
• Drive observability, metrics, tracing, and incident response.
• Mentor engineers and align solutions with retail strategy and roadmap.
