Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer in Field Application Engineering to drive technical customer relationships for Power Management Systems in the Datacenter and Computing markets across EMEA. You will design-in support, optimize customer solutions, and work with distributors to find new opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in related fields, strong PCB and debugging skills, and fluency in English (German/Hebrew a plus).

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years in technical application and/or field customer support.
• Experience in DC/DC power management and practical knowledge of multiphase PWM controllers, power stages, and integrated Point-of-Loads.
• Know-how in 48V server architectures and power conversion, plus system-level application knowledge in AI, Datacom, and Server applications.
• Experience in PCB design and in-lab debugging and strong drive with pro-active, autonomous behavior and strong analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical customer relationship with Datacenter, Computing, and ML/AI customers in EMEA including Israel.
• Provide on-site and hybrid support for product integration and customer design evaluation.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and optimize performance and identify new project opportunities.
• Work with global Infineon teams to develop optimized solutions for customer applications.
• Contribute to development and roadmap of Infineon products for modern Datacenter and Computing systems.
• Support customers throughout lifecycle design and implementation of their systems.
