Job summary

Collins King & Associates is recruiting a Catering Manager for a leading law firm in the City. You will lead the catering operation, overseeing the staff restaurant, busy café and tea points in a corporate environment, delivering exceptional service and food quality.

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you’ll manage a team of around 10, ensure smooth day‑to‑day service, maintain high standards, and drive guest experience while exploring seasonal promotions and sampling days.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and commercially minded catering manager.
• Experience in contract/high-volume premium catering preferred.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Passion for food, coffee and customer experience.
• Ability to drive sales and manage financial performance.
• Creativity in developing retail concepts and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day catering operations for staff restaurant, café and tea points.
• Coordinate sampling days, pop-ups and seasonal promotions.
• Introduce seasonal drinks and customer competitions to boost engagement.
• Develop ideas to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
