The role

We seek highly skilled Senior/Staff/Principal Digital Design Engineers with expertise in CMOS digital design to lead the design, validation, and implementation of high-performance digital circuits for our OTPUs. The role requires deep knowledge in digital circuit design, simulation, verification, and implementation, with a background in electrical engineering and semiconductor physics, and a passion for developing reliable, high-performance digital circuits for AI hardware.

Responsibilities

1. Design and develop advanced CMOS digital integrated circuits, including RTL design, schematic capture, simulation, layout, and verification to meet performance targets.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including optical hardware engineers, for seamless system integration.
3. Analyze digital circuit performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for power, speed, and reliability.
4. Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to improve design practices.

Skills & Experience

1. 7+ years in CMOS digital IC design with proven experience in logic design and verification.
2. Expertise in simulation, RTL coding, schematic capture, layout, and testing with industry-standard EDA tools.
3. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related; an advanced degree is a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with focus on performance and signal integrity.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
6. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
