The role

We seek highly skilled Senior/Staff/Principal Digital Design Engineers with expertise in CMOS digital design to lead the development of high-performance digital circuits for OTPUs. The role requires deep knowledge in digital circuit design, simulation, verification, and implementation, with a background in electrical engineering and semiconductor physics. The goal is to develop reliable, high-performance digital circuits for advanced AI hardware.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CMOS digital integrated circuits, including RTL design, schematic capture, simulation, layout, and verification to meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including optical hardware engineers, for seamless digital system integration.
• Analyse digital circuit performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimise power, speed, and reliability.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and promote best practices in digital circuit design.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to improve design practices and tools.

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in CMOS digital IC design with a proven track record in logic design and verification.
• Expertise in simulation, RTL coding, schematic capture, layout, and testing with industry-standard EDA tools.
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related; an advanced degree is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with focus on performance and signal integrity.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
