Qualifications

Analytical degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
8+ years demonstrated experience in software development.
Strong Kubernetes and microservices experience.
Experience with GitOps (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

Own design, codification, testing, and delivery of Kubernetes-based configurations (Deployments, Services, Ingress, ConfigMaps).
Drive operational perfection in a GitOps model using Argo CD and progressive delivery.
Codify autoscaling and resiliency, manage secure secrets with Vault and Kubernetes Secrets.
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate configuration-as-code and reduce deployment risk.
Address complex challenges across configuration, policy, observability, and data services.
Promote self-service platform growth with declarative configs via Backstage and Argo CD.
