Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior SRE Engineer based in the United Kingdom to design reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure for an international gaming platform. The role emphasizes autonomy, cloud-native tech, and strong engineering culture.

You will mentor teams, shape DevOps practices, and own monitoring, incident response, and CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes-native approaches across the engineering organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or closely related role.
• Strong hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Experience with Terraform and IaC for reproducible infrastructure.
• Designing high-availability production systems and platforms.
• SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL technologies experience.
• Observability stack expertise (Prometheus, Grafana) and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve DevOps and SRE practices focusing on reliability and scalability.
• Develop, maintain, and improve gaming platform infrastructure for availability and resilience.
• Design, operate, and enhance monitoring, observability, and alerting systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response with root-cause analysis.
• Automate infrastructure operations and repetitive workflows to boost engineering efficiency.
• Mentor engineers and promote Kubernetes-native practices across the org.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure evolution balancing performance and simplicity.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD and change delivery.
• Drive proactive improvements in reliability and automation across platforms.
