We are seeking a Senior Sports Producer to join Reach Studio and lead a new team responsible for creating original content for our YouTube channel ‘All Out Football’. Reporting to the Head of Original Content, you will use your editorial judgment and production experience to deliver a weekly studio show, longform documentaries, and social videos.

You will contribute to the creative direction of the channel, helping define its tone and strategy. Reach Studio combines editorial and commercial talent, producing multimedia content for audiences and advertisers. Our team includes video producers, editors, designers, and strategists, with existing content like podcasts, social media, and exclusive interviews.

This hybrid role is based at Canary Wharf, London, working three days a week from the office. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for major events.

Your responsibilities include developing, producing, and directing video series for YouTube and social platforms, working with high-profile football personalities, and managing a team comprising a Producer, Videographer, Senior Video Editor, and Social & Community Channel Manager. You will oversee workflow, performance, development, and inclusion, ensuring high-quality content and team performance.

You will handle project workflows, resource management, talent scouting, monetization opportunities, and content development. The ideal candidate is a digital-first sports content expert with strong directing and producing skills, experienced in YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a track record of setting up shoots across the UK. You thrive under pressure, are proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
