Job summary

Children and Family Health Devon (CFHD) is recruiting a Speech and Language Clinical and Professional Lead to drive the SLT pathway across Devon and Torbay. You will work in partnership with the Operation Manager and Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, safe services for children and families.

The post offers senior leadership responsibilities, opportunities to shape service development, and collaboration with education, health and social care partners.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in Speech and Language Therapy and current registration.
• Postgraduate Diploma level specialist training or equivalent plus master’s level experience.
• Evidence of recent, relevant CPD.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Speech and Language Therapy pathway across CFHD.
• Provide professional and clinical leadership for SLTs.
• Collaborate with health, education and social care partners to improve outcomes for children and families.
• Support workforce development and service improvement initiatives.
