We seek a dynamic, passionate Band 7 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for our Community Adult Speech and Language Therapy Team in Hounslow. The role involves managing a caseload of communication and dysphagia cases, leading the team, and contributing to service development. Qualifications include a diploma or degree leading to RCLST, registration with RCSLT and HCPC, postgraduate dysphagia training, and neuro-rehabilitation training. Experience required includes advanced assessment and management of dysphagia and communication disorders, supervision skills, and audit experience. Skills include excellent communication, teamwork, IT proficiency, and cultural sensitivity. Knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, and assessment protocols is essential.
