Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Senior Speech & Language Therapist for a brand new school in Hemel Hempstead. You will work with children and young people with ADHD, autism, and communication challenges, delivering specialist therapy within a supportive clinical team to enhance education and wellbeing.

You will lead, train, and supervise, collaborating with education and residential staff while benefiting from induction, competitive pay and holidays.

• Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary teams around children.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialised interventions for children and young people with complex needs.

• Maintain organisation and initiatives to deliver optimal outcomes for our young people.
