This is an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation to take ownership of the Speech and Language Therapy service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex communication and swallowing needs.
Working autonomously, you will manage a specialist caseload, undertaking assessments, developing individualised treatment plans and delivering evidence-based interventions. You will also play a key role within the multidisciplinary team (MDT), providing specialist advice, contributing to service development and supporting colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in our care.

You will be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist, registered with the HCPC, with significant post-qualification experience in neurological rehabilitation and managing complex communication and swallowing needs. You will be confident working autonomously, managing your own caseload and taking responsibility for the development of the Speech and Language Therapy service.
