Outwood Academy Brumby in Scunthorpe is seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted, high-level support for GCSE students. The role involves mentoring learners, applying specialist strategies for maths, English or dyslexia, and coordinating bespoke intervention programmes to drive progress.

The post is 35 hours per week, term time plus 5 days, with progression opportunities within a high-performing academy committed to excellence and student attainment.

Formación

• Experience delivering targeted, high-level support at GCSE level.
• Ability to manage complex student caseloads and lead statutory reviews.
• Specialist knowledge in maths, English or dyslexia interventions.
